Attention Auto Pay Members!

If you had automatic payments set up through McDonough Power, you’ll need to set them up again in SmartHub. This applies to everyone using a credit or debit card, or an e-check for recurring payments. Follow the steps below.
If you currently have an amount due, that will need to be paid manually this time. Once Auto Pay is active, all future bills will be paid automatically.
1. Retrieve your account number listed on your bill. Some members will be issued a new account number, use the new number.
2. Register for SmartHub or Log In if you already set up your account.
3. Set up Auto Pay in just a few clicks, see the step-by-step Auto Pay guide for the SmartHub Mobile App or for the SmartHub Desktop portal.
4. Rest easy knowing your bills will be paid on time!

Already Have a SmartHub Account with Another Provider?

How to manage multiple accounts:
  • Log in to the app. If you are using it for the first time, you will need to select your first provider and register for that account.
  • Add a new provider. Once logged in, go to Settings > Add New Provider to add the second company. You will be prompted to log in to the new company’s service.
  • Switch between accounts. To switch between your accounts, go to the Settings > Add New Provider menu to choose which provider to access.
  • Manage accounts on the website. You can also manage accounts through the SmartHub website, where all your accounts may be visible on the home page.
  • Make payments. Both the app and website allow you to view and pay for both accounts separately or make a partial payment to all accounts at once.
  • View all accounts. If you have multiple accounts, the app and website will show them all, allowing you to manage them from a single dashboard.
