McDonough Power Cooperative’s bylaws are reviewed each year by our Board of Directors. Proposed bylaw amendments and changes are submitted to member-owners via the annual meeting official notice booklet which is mailed out each year to each member household/business. During the annual meeting, members in attendance vote on adopting the proposed amendment(s).
