Help Us Locate Former Members

In August, McDonough Power Cooperative mailed Capital Credit checks to the last known address of members who received electric service in 1988-1989. The Cooperative is attempting to locate former members (or possibly their heirs) who received electric service during that time.

Following is a listing of former members who have not cashed their checks or their check was returned
because of an invalid address. If your name is on the list, you have knowledge of a current address or you know someone who may have this information, please complete the form and mail it to McDonough Power Cooperative, P.O. Box 352, Macomb, IL 61455. You may also email any information you may
